Integration · Procore
Push your SWMS straight into Procore.
SWMSBuilder generates inspection-ready, cited Safe Work Method Statements. This integration sends a published SWMS — branded as your company — into the Documents area of the Procore project it belongs to, so your compliance paperwork lives where your team already works.
Setting it up
- 01
Install from the Procore Marketplace
From your Procore company account, add SWMSBuilder and choose the project(s) you want it available on. You'll need permission to install apps in your Procore company.
- 02
Connect your workspace in SWMSBuilder
In SWMSBuilder, open Settings → Integrations → Connect Procore, and authorise with your Procore login. This links your SWMSBuilder workspace to your Procore company (one-time).
- 03
Publish a SWMS, push to Procore
On any published SWMS, choose Push to Procore and pick the destination project. We create a SWMS folder (if needed) and upload the branded PDF into that project's Documents.
What we access — and why
We request the least we need. SWMSBuilder only touches two Procore tools, and never reads your financials, drawings, or anything outside what's listed here.
| Procore tool | Access | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Documents | Create + upload | To add a SWMS folder and upload your SWMS PDF into the chosen project. |
| Directory | Read-only | To list your companies and projects so you can choose where the SWMS goes. |
Support & disconnecting
You can disconnect Procore any time from Settings → Integrations in SWMSBuilder, or by removing the app from your Procore account — access is revoked immediately. Your SWMS records stay in SWMSBuilder and any documents already pushed remain in Procore.
